Cancellation and Refund Policy

At REVIVAL LIFECARE, we strive to provide seamless healthcare services and diagnostic bookings. Please review our policy regarding the cancellation of appointments, health packages, and refunds.

1. Cancellation Policy
•⁠ ⁠Timeframe for Consultations & Clinic Visits: You may cancel or reschedule an in-clinic doctor consultation or diagnostic scan appointment up to 4 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty.
•⁠ ⁠Timeframe for Home Collection Services: For health checkup packages involving home sample collection, cancellations must be requested at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled collection slot.
•⁠ ⁠Process: To cancel or reschedule, please call our support desk at +91 81472 96605 or +91 9739397895, or reply to your booking confirmation email/WhatsApp message.
•⁠ ⁠Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made after the stipulated timeframes, or patients failing to appear for a scheduled appointment (“No-Shows”), may not be eligible for a full refund. A nominal administrative fee may be deducted.

2. Refund Policy
•⁠ ⁠Eligibility: Full refunds are applicable only for eligible cancellations made within the specified timeframes (4 hours for clinic visits, 12 hours for home collections).
•⁠ ⁠Non-Refundable Services: * Once a medical consultation has been provided, the fee is strictly non-refundable. * Fees paid for diagnostic tests or lab health checks are non-refundable once the sample has been collected or the scan has been performed. * Medicines purchased from our in-house pharmacy cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed, in accordance with pharmaceutical safety and hygiene regulations.
•⁠ ⁠Double Deductions/Technical Errors: If your bank account or card is debited multiple times for a single booking due to a technical error, please notify us immediately at connect.revival@gmail.com with the transaction details.

3. Refund Processing Timeframe
•⁠ ⁠Once a cancellation is verified and a refund is approved, the process will be initiated by our billing team within 24 to 48 working hours.
•⁠ ⁠The approved refund amount will be credited back to your original mode of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking) within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
